Hey Everyone,

I hope you all have had a great summer!  The students are heading back to school this month so expect updates to become more regular again.  On to the news...

First, it's late notice but Baen will be presenting at the Addison convention center for BOMA this Thursday from 11-1PM with his forecast.  I have included the rough draft of the speech he sent me as well as more info on attending.  You can find more information about registration here.

Next, CCIM is getting ready for the annual skeet shoot. Info is included in the link at the bottom so you can put the event on your radar.

One of our former students, Roger Smeltzer, is looking for help preferably from a dentonite for some commercial real estate brokerage. Info is in the link a the bottom of the email.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who has helped grow the alumni network this last year.  I'm looking forward to growing it even further and helping to make this a better group overall. If you run into any alumni, be sure to send them to our website untrealestate.org to get them involved!  Please don't hesitate to share ideas or ask questions.
