Hello Real Estate Alumni and Friends,

For those of you who haven't heard, Stephen Barkis is stepping down as president of the alumni association and I, Randy Streig, will be taking over the role. 

A brief introduction for those whom I have yet to meet: I am the previous president of the UNT Real Estate Club and will be graduating this December with a minor in Real Estate and am planning a career in retail real estate. I also helped lead our UNT team to a 2nd place finish at the most recent ICSC Case Study Competition (HUGE thank you to Blake Shipp, Daniel Morales, and our boys at Verdad for their contributions.)

Other members of our revised advisory board include Randy Bell, Randy Smith, and Stephen Crittenden. Stephen Barkis will also continue to help out as we transition leadership. 

We are currently working on a new alumni website to better our communication capabilities and will keep you posted as updates become available. In the meantime, we do have an employment opportunity for a leasing position with CBRE but interviews have already begun so be quick if you have or know of someone who may be interested. Please see the attached flyer.
