Hello UNT Real Estate Alumni,
I would first like to introduce myself. My name is Ryan Blakeman and I wil be taking over the role of UNT Real Estate Alumni President. I am the former president of the UNT Real Estate Club and have approximately 5 years working as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in D/FW. I hope to bring everyone opportunities and find ways to connect all UNT Real Estate Alumni in a way that promotes growth and great relationships. With a featured Article about UNT's 41 years of successful GRADS from the UNT Real Estate Program.
About the 30,000 former students (seriously estimated) that have suffered through
Principles of Real Estate as well as other classes over Baen ‘s 34 years at UNT and
3 previous years at North Lake College.
Baen is raising a needed $2Million ( to be Endowed) for the someday replacement,
of current Faculty.

Lincoln Rackhouse - Business Development and Marketing Position
Ryan Sullivan at Lincoln Rackhouse is looking to grow his team with a business development and marketing role. This would be a good fit for a tech, marketing and social media savvy recent graduate who is willing to help Lincoln Rackhouse continue to grow their brand and source new acquisition and lease opportunities. There may be some admin and back office work involved, as well. Duties will be to stay in tune with market, improve the web and social media presence, create marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, white papers, etc. and to participate in new lead generation.
