Architectural Fabrication - Architectural Fabrication is looking to fill the Account Manager position. They are looking for a UNT Alumni if possible! No degree required, but some sales experience in account management is preferable. Resumes can be sent to betty.martinez@arch-fab.com. Compensation is $45,000 - $47,000 per year, plus 25% commission.

Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to effectively and efficiently manage/grow an assigned territory of general contractors and accounts.

Objectives:

  • Maintain/Develop relationships with assigned accounts.

  • Search for projects within your accounts/vertical market

    • Qualify and Prepare opportunities for the bid process

    • Perform takeoff and draft quote to submit to estimating

    • Send proposals to your accounts

  • Follow up on bids, obtain feedback and close opportunities

  • Review contracts received for addenda, amounts and turn into Accounting for processing.

  • Attend scope review meetings with clients

  • Provide solutions for accounts and help address budget / VE options to win business

  • Meet with Pre-Sale Manager regularly to review sales goals and activity.

  • Keep a calendar for scheduled events and meetings

  • Turnover closed won opportunities as projects to the Production Team

    • Set up and execute the turnover meeting

    • Review submittals

    • Coordinate with accounts throughout the project to ensure a quality experience

Attributes/Experience/Skills:

  • Organized, Prompt, Diligent, Self-Starter

  • Experience with Customer Service, Sales, Teamwork,

  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Drive/Docs/Mail, etc.
